I was born in Bombay, India, grew up in Toronto, and lived a good portion of my adult life in Nelson, British Columbia. In 2007 my husband and I settled in the Wood River Valley, where he grew up, and our daughter was born here shortly after. It was at this point, that I learned how to really open my heart.
I am so grateful to be able to live and work in the Wood River Valley with its benevolent community and majestic nature.
It brings me great joy to help the members of our community come into full health through the practice of Acupuncture and NAET. I am inspired daily by my patients' successes and I am honored to be able to support them in their process of healing.
Since 1995, my greatest interest has been in developing myself through Vipassana meditation and in helping others locally and around the world to learn how to do the same. Vipassana is a way of living that allows people to truly be happy in spite of whatever situation they may find themselves in. I am forever indebted to my teacher S.N. Goenka for this invaluable gift.
